Our trucks have electronic hanging scales which can be used to weigh and pay for higher value nonferrous metals on the spot.

Crane Trucks

Skip Bin Trucks with hydraulic bin lifters. GRI have a range of bin sizes available for casual or permanent placement. We always provide our skip bins free of charge and pay for the scrap metal deposited into it. Skip bins are suitable for cleanups of a tonne or heavier.

Skip Bin Trucks

Our tipper trucks are used for the collection of whitegoods, workshop cleanups and collection of other householder and commercial scrap metal which can be loaded by hand.

GRI pioneered the free scrap collection service in Canberra and service most workshops in the region. We also offer a free collection service for most householders throughout Canberra, Cooma, Yass and Goulburn metro areas.

Small Tippers

GRI can organise the collection of large stockpiles of waste metal and redundant plant. Typically we utilize excavators and semi tippers to load and cart large stockpiles of waste metal from tips, farms, demolition sites and construction projects.

We can also organise mobile balers and car presses where access for tracked excavators is not ideal.
